Rhyl's New Twirly Skirt

Rhyl was trying to twirl in her prairie costume, but it wasn't doing it for her. So, today I went to the evil, evil WalMart after church and got some bright, inexpensive fabric (if I had another choice for fabric, I would have taken it--I HATE WM!). I put this together in about...mmm...maybe 45 minutes or so. She loves it. It will have an elastic waist, as soon as I buy some more elastic. I didn't realize I was out. Till then, it has a drawstring.
